What We Do
Core Floorings Inc is a specialty concrete contractor. We level, polish, grind, coat, repair and prepare concrete floors for commercial and industrial projects in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

01 / Self-leveling underlayment
Self-leveling underlayment and toppings that take out high and low spots so your slab meets flatness specs before the finished floor goes down.
02 / Polished slab surface
Mechanically ground, densified and polished concrete floors for warehouses, retail and showrooms. Low maintenance, high light reflectivity and no coating to peel.
03 / Coating / finish system
Diamond grinding, shot blasting, coating and adhesive removal, and surface profiling that prepare concrete slabs for the next flooring system.
04 / Coating / finish system
Epoxy, flake and metallic coating systems for industrial, commercial and garage floors, with safety striping and chemical-resistant topcoats where the job calls for it.
05 / Moisture mitigation
Slab moisture testing and vapor mitigation systems that protect flooring adhesives and coatings from failure caused by high moisture vapor emission.
06 / Skim coat
Thin cementitious skim coats that smooth rough, patched or uneven concrete and create a clean, sound surface ready for the next flooring system.

Crack, spall, joint and surface repairs that restore damaged commercial concrete and get the floor back into service fast.
02 Choosing a Service
